It came loaded with some software - I think it is called Microsoft Gestapo - that lets them enter the computer at any time day or not, line everyone up against the wall and install some new software..
Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. I believe I had tried the Media Creation Tool process as well in the past yes I've been trying forever and that had failed as well. But I'll try it again now. A clean install would involve re-downloading, re-installing all my software, re-installing all my plugins - and in some cases contacting software developers to tell them whether I can activate my plugin again - as they allow a set amount of activations.
